Now it’s time to get busy planning all the intimate details thereof. This is, dare I say, the fun part! Flowers, flavors, fabrics, faces—a smorgasbord of wedding-day details and all the accoutrements to decide upon. (Sidenote: if that list alone left you shaking in your boots about the planning process, fear not! We gotchu, Boo!) Chances are you have a few ideas about how you want your Big Day to go. Pretty soon you’ll begin to wonder just how to make it all come together. Enter the Style & Design upgrade. The dreamy and creative part of planning your Happily Ever After is awesome, but leave the logistics to us. Upgrading your wedding planning with the Style & Design package ensures you’ll have an expert in your corner while curating an epic, head-ache free memory of your love story experience. We’ve broken it down in 6 simple steps for you to better understand what this upgrade is all about. Here’s the gist:

If you're booking with Elope Jackson, you will receive an Insider Guide full of local knowledge and preferred vendors that have experience with elopements and micro weddings in the area. If you’re still shopping or looking to use outside First & foremost, we need to get to know each other a little better! About 10 months out, we like to email you a personalized design proposal and questionnaire so we can get a sense of the look and feel you’re going for along with your budget. Hoping for romantic whimsy or channeling country outlaw vibes? Looking to put a modern spin on the whole shebang with clean lines, geometric shapes, and bold colors? Or perhaps you’re picturing something that’s naturally celestial? With a Teton backdrop, what’s not to love? Once we receive your input, we create a custom Design booklet; this includes a digital compilation of imagery and pricing tailored to your answers, all with our signature minimalism in mind. At this point you can sip & sift your way through a myriad of personalized touches to showcase your love. It can take up to 8 weeks to complete this part, but it is an essential tool for sharing your vision with outside vendors as well.
2.)
Things are heating up! We’ll schedule a virtual chat to go over the proposed design concept about a week after you receive the digital booklet. This gives us a chance to hear your thoughts and go over any concerns. We may request minor adjustments with respect to the larger picture. Our goal is to put together a Teton elopement or micro wedding that doesn’t just meet your expectations but goes one step further to exceed them! We’ll talk about ways to enhance your wedding-day vision along with practical and realistic notes to consider as well. Keep in mind the design process can take up to 3-4 months from start to finish. There’s no rush when it comes to designing a one-of-a-kind celebration.
3.)
Before things get too serious, we will have one more meeting to go over any adjustments. It’s important that we are on the same page. Typically, we like to take about two weeks before setting this one up; that gives us enough time to make changes according to your wishes. At this point you’ve had a little more time, too, and perhaps you’ve dreamt up specific details you want to include. Wish away! A specialty cocktail? Dancing in the moonlight to Frank Sinatra? Once you’re good and happy with the design concept, we will send you the Elope Jackson Secured Credit Card Authorization Form so we can begin to connect with vendors on your behalf and make payments. Yee Haw!
4.)
It’s all happening. We move forward to lock in all the design elements with the payment information you provided. Securing vendors, signing contracts, and making payments can take up to 4 weeks. We’ll keep you in-the-loop by sending all receipts/invoices your way to let you know when transactions are complete. Stay tuned for a draft of the wedding day timeline 6-8 months prior to your event date. In the meantime, take a breath, stay calm, and keep your eyes on the prize. You’ll be a married human soon! About two months before the main event, we go over all the details to make sure you love them—like guest count, vendor follow ups/check ins, the timeline, and more. Speak now or forever hold your peace! After all the elements have been reviewed one last time, we send you and your wedding dream team the FINAL timeline, including style & design logistics.
(Remember that some things are just plain out of our control: the weather, the schedule being delayed by half an hour because your dad couldn’t find the spot, boogying your way into a wardrobe malfunction… but honestly, that’s life! There are always things that can go wrong, but Elope Jackson specializes in improvising with an emphasis on keepin’ it real and having the time of your life no matter what. The show must go on!)
Time to get excited. The countdown begins. Gush to your bestie, howl at the moon, go skinny dipping with bae—the hard part is over, and you should celebrate!

Finally, The coupe de grâce to all the prep—Styling! Rely on Elope Jackson to style the wedding with (if applicable) an additional event assistant according to the approved design plans. By leaving the decorating duties to the professionals, you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy the ambiance without worrying about who’s going to light the candles. Breathe in, breathe out, and be in the moment; there will be someone else to take designated phone calls, direct guests and do a last-minute garland trim.
