01. What are the services you offer? 

If it’s love story related, count us in! We offer Management, Full-Service Planning, and Style & Design for Elopement and Micro Weddings. We consider Elopements to be “guest-free” and Micro Weddings to have a guest count of up to 25 of your closest loved ones. We thrive on thinking out of the box, so if you are interested in a unique event such as a Vow Renewal, Engagement…etc. reach out! 

02. What is the process? 

Our minimalistic approach offers a refreshing, simplified and stress-free process. We aim to make your wedding planning effortless while giving you the nuptials of your dreams. The benefit of booking with us is that we keep things simple and focus on the elements that mean the most. Our process is laid-back and tends to go like so…

03. What details do you help with? 

Support from us truly depends on the package you book. Planning assistance can range from… 

Wedding Management: best for the couple who has all the decisions made and need support leading up to and on their wedding day. 

Wedding Planning: most fitting for the couple who needs local and wedding planning support in choosing things like vendors, location…etc. 

Style & Design: best upgrade option for those wanting to spice up the aesthetic aspect of their wedding day and get creative. 

Digital Planning: perfect for those who may be on a budget, or if the Planner is unavailable on wedding day, need an hour of a virtual, “no holds barred” planning convo. 

Additional support included in nearly every custom package is access to the EJ Insider Guide, which is packed full of useful information about travel, lodging, legalities, location, vendors, timeline and so much more! 

04. What time of year should I book? 

We have an honest conversation about this in our Inquiry Chat, but this one is completely up to you! Based on the month and season, we’ll give you a realistic perspective on how your day may play out. Once booked with us, we ALWAYS have a backup plan (upon backup plan)!

05. How do I pick my location? 

After booking, we send you all sorts of intro material including our Client Insider Guide that includes info about locations and venues. We also schedule your first Planning Meeting to discuss things like: do you see your ceremony at a venue? Indoors or outdoors? Inside the National Park?…etc. Our suggestions and support totally depend on your wedding vision! 

06. What happens if the weather takes a turn for the worse?

Choosing us as your planner guarantees you are set with realistic expectations in every aspect of the big day. We give you all the knowledge and support to create your wedding day vision, especially when selecting your location. Staying realistic about the season you choose and having a solid backup plan guarantees your wedding will be weather-proof! 

07. How do I pick my location? 

We want you to have the wedding of your dreams! Once booked, we discuss your vision to get a better handle on details like: do you see your ceremony at a venue? Indoors or outdoors? Inside the National Park?…etc. We can give you the scoop on the local vibes and help you execute the perfect experience for your vision.

08. What happens if there are crowds at my ceremony location?

Once we dive into your first planning chat we share an insider perspective on the regulations of your desired wedding location, as well as how public, private or accessible it truly is based on the time of year. 

09. Can I book a multi-day event? 

All elopement packages are custom, so hell yes! Taking your celebrations up a notch and creating an entire experience is what we do best. We take elements into consideration such as guest size, vision, and adventure level, giving you options to make it as uniquely you as possible. 

10. Can I book a last minute or casual event? 

Even if your date is less than 30 days away, give us a call! Our awesome team LOVES creating one of a kind, treasured moments. 

11. How far in advance can (or should) I book?

The sooner you book, the more options you have moving forward, but due to Elope Jackson’s emphasis on all things minimally beautiful within the smaller wedding realm. Booking is available a rolling 12-15 months in advance.

Elopements tend to book about 3-4 months in advance, and micro-weddings book about 12 months in advance. 

12. What is the most popular package booked? 

The Half Day Package is our most popular wedding package booked to date! This Half Day Elopement or Micro Wedding package seems to be the sweet spot with 4 or 5 hours of assistance on the day of the wedding to get as creative or adventurous as possible and includes pre-wedding assistance, travel, ceremony, and post wedding options to create a full experience! 

13. How does the Style & Design upgrade work? 

Style & Design allows you to personalize your day even further aesthetically. With an emphasis on simplicity, we support, plan, coordinate, and style aspects like a rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, reception and elopement picnic…just to name a few. 

14. How are payments processed? 

Payments, contracts and even email communication is all completed digitally using our HoneyBook Client Management System. Once booked, you actually have your own Client Portal Access (username/password secured) to view all payments, documents and emails at any time!
